Shanghai, a.k.a. the Paris of Asia, is a city widely known for its economic prosperity and constant reinvention. The field trip MAC Creative City will unveil its cultural treasures.

Les 43 étudiants de la MAC se donnent le défi de rencontrer les acteurs qui font de Shanghai une ville créative sur les plans patrimoniaux, muséaux, gastronomiques, musicaux, cinématographiques.

All 43 students of the HEC’s Specialized Master in Media, Art and Creation will take up the challenge to discover and showcase different actors who participate in making Shanghai one of the world's best cultural destinations.

VOYAGE / TRAVEL

En mars 2016, la promotion MAC s'envole pour Shanghai afin de rencontrer plus de 150 professionnels de la culture ! Cet ambitieux projet a pour but de dresser un portrait des industries créatives shanghaiennes. A l’issue du voyage, la MAC partagera ses découvertes sur un blog dédié.

In March 2016, the MAC Creative City project will put China under the spotlight. Our agenda includes more than 150 interviews with artists, renowned chefs, art dealers, theatre directors, luxury brands and young entrepreneurs. The blog Shanghai Creative City will be updated throughout this trip to feature portraits, encounters, pictures and unknown places.

Depuis 30 ans, le programme Médias, Art et Création d’HEC réunit des étudiants aux profils diversifiés (ENS, Sciences Po, Ecole du Louvre, parcours internationaux et artistiques...) motivés par l’envie de découvrir les enjeux managériaux des industries créatives. Cette diversité s'exprime par les différentes passions qui animent les étudiants de la promotion 2016 : production cinématographique, danse, arts visuels, musique, édition...

For the past 30 years, the Media, Art and Creation program at HEC has reunited students from diverse backgrounds who share a desire to learn more about the managerial dynamics of creative industries. This diversity is represented by the various passions that move the members of the Class of 2016: film production, dance, visual arts, music, publishing…
